World Innova
Our low costs won’t cost you quality.   Instead, we secure the best manufacturing prices by cutting out the middleman and dealing with only those factories with proven expertise so you never pay for a factory’s learning curve.

We dare you to find better prices.
We don’t provide mere “cost consulting” or armchair analysis of how to secure lower manufacturing costs.  We actually deliver lower costs. In most cases, we provide our clients with at least a 20% reduction in manufacturing costs, even if the client is currently manufacturing in China. We dare you to try to find a better price quote than we offer.  We know you’ll be back.

For many products, China offers the lowest manufacturing price because of their factories’ skill; they’ve been manufacturing the leading brands for many years, and they know how to do it right.  But using a Chinese factory will not guarantee cost savings.  If the sourcing company lacks a direct channel, paying all those middlemen can obliterate cost savings.  If the sourcing company uses a second-rate factory, or skimps on independent quality control, quality issues could lead to reengineering, retooling, costly delays, tort liability, and loss of brand value.

Poor quality causes a domino effect.  Even after the product company handles the actual defect and its delays, the poor quality lingers and causes a reduced product demand, loss of consumer loyalty, and eventually, reduction of the brand.  Our long-term view of the product cycle ensures we consider all your costs.  We provide low costs both on the front-end, by a low cost per unit for each purchase order, and we also provide low cost on the back-end, by securing quality to avoid huge liabilities down the road.

Price and Quality
Too often, people assume low prices indicate low quality.  In our experience, the opposite is true; low prices and high quality go hand-in-hand.  Our commitment to high quality boosts our ability to provide you the best prices.
A sub-par factory will yield higher costs per unit.  Lesser factories take longer to produce a product, encounter various delays and design obstacles, and find they must retool and reengineer the product several times.
Our top-rate factories are all certified to meet ISO 9001:2008, the highest and most recent quality process standards.  We seek manufacturing from the factories that specialize in your product type.  Thus, our factories get the product right faster and better than their counterparts.  Our factories know the best processes, the best materials, and the best methods.  Thus, you’re not waiting and paying for them to learn how to make your product.  Our factories’ expertise and our third-party quality processes allow you to avoid the costly delays, reengineering, and retooling that a lesser factory might require.
Thus, our better prices are not in spite of our high quality, but they are because of our high quality.

Our prices are the lowest because we are efficient.  We know who to go to and how to get there.

In most cases, we provide our clients with at least a 20% reduction in manufacturing costs, even if the client is currently manufacturing in China.
Direct Channel to Hundreds of Factories
We obtain our prices directly from the factory itself.  Unlike most sourcing companies, we never rely on a middleman.  That means you never have to pay for a middleman.
We have direct relationships with hundreds of factories, not just a handful of factories.  Because we have so many factories to choose from, we can secure you the most cost efficient factory for your specific product.  No factory receives preferential treatment, because we don’t have an equity or other partnership relationship with any factory.  We work in both privately-owned factories and in state-owned factories, and we work in every province.  Since each province offers different pricing for certain products and materials, our relationship with every province ensures you get the best price.

Long-Term Vision
Our manufacturing prices reflect our long-term view of the product business.  We view every client as a partner.  If our clients do well, we do well.  So we do what it takes to make our clients do well.
We don’t let our clients waste money on a factory that causes expensive quality issues and time-consuming delays.  And we don’t let our clients accept a manufacturing price that forces the retail price to be a dead end.
We do what it takes to ensure our clients do well in the long term.  Our aim isn’t just to get the first order; it’s to get the hundredth order.  We don’t upcharge pennies per unit today when those pennies could make the difference between the product being on the store shelf for one season or ten years.
