    The quality control specialist inspects first-article samples before volume production begins, and verifies the product complies with your product specifications, including design, properties, performance, reliability and lifecycle specifications.  World Innova can also assist you with developing and documenting quality specifications and needed third-party certification.  By addressing any needed changes early in the production cycle, Pro QC’s pre-production inspection reduces the cost and delay of rework. 

    After volume production begins, Pro QC inspects the product during production, and again before shipment.  These in-factory inspections allow the quality control specialists to identify and eliminate not only the defective product, but to also identify and eliminate the cause of the defect.
